Meanwhile, the U.S. Justice Department charged Russian agents with conspiracy against the United States for their efforts to interfere in the upcoming November 2018 midterm elections.

Markets mostly stayed flat today, while news from Washington indicated that the Trump Administration was preparing to announce its exit from the historic Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty with Russia.
